“Dear $NICK_NAME$,”

Like a Tsunami, COVID19 has swept over the world unmooring and casting us onto the shores of uncertainty.  Not a nation has been spared.  The virus is immune to politics, theologies, social standing with no quest other than landing on a host where its genetic message can direct its replication.   The COVID19 pandemic has forever altered our view of normal within the world we live.  With knowledge, we will be better prepared to confront this new and dangerous challenge.

Don Duffy, Panhandle Health District’s Health Services Administrator, earned Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees from Brigham Young University.  Later he completed a Master of Business Administration Degree from Gonzaga University.  Don began his career working with hospitals and managing medical practices in Seattle and Coeur d’Alene.  This led to creating a medical practice consulting and revenue cycle management business based in Coeur d’Alene.  Don sold his company in May 2013 after 20 years serving physician practices throughout the West.  One year later, Don was employed by Panhandle Health District as the Health Services Administrator where he has been for the past six years.
